What's Inside
XDP2400 is a semi-synthetic, bacteriostatic fluid that is suitable for a wide range of operations on gray alloys such as steel, cast iron, and aluminum. The fluid contains a medium content of mineral oil, high lubrication esters and polymers, which provide excellent lubrication and cooling power. The product is free from secondary amines, boron, formaldehyde releasing agents, chlorine and active sulfur derivatives, providing a safe and environmentally friendly solution.
One of the major benefits of XDP2400 is its ability to provide excellent surface finishes on aluminum, steel, stainless steel and cast iron. It has excellent filterability and can be used in both individual machines and centralized systems, keeping the installation in perfect conditions. It does not present any danger to workers, and improves labor safety.
XDP2400 can be applied in both machining and grinding operations where good finishes with low roughness are required. It is free from boron and formaldehyde releasing agents, ensuring that the finished product is of high-quality and free from coolant residue.

Application
XDP2400 is mixed with water by adding the concentrate to the water, creating a stable solution. The recommended dilution ratio is between 5-12%, with frequent ratios being between 6-7%. The exact ratio will depend on the requirements of the specific operation and the water hardness. Water hardness should be within the range of 50 to 300 ppm of CaCO3 for optimal results.
Usage and Handling
It's easy to get started with the Excision Ebox. The flap on the Excision Ebox can be cut open, and the circular plastic seal removed. Screw on the tap, and you're ready to go! Store it on the shelf and dispense the oil into a jug, or directly into your machine.
