Using the combination of secure clamping to keep your cutting block in place and clearance grooves that prevent existing welds from compromising the clamp, the Pro Series Cutting Blocks keep your recipro saw in line throughout the cut, for a square and deformation free cut.
Ideal for applications including in-situ modifications, elbows and fittings, reclaiming, and other onsite tube cutting applications. They are ideal in the food industry as well as architectural balustrading etc.

WHAT ARE CUTTING BLOCKS AND HOW DO THEY WORK?
Cutting blocks are used to guide recipro saws when cutting pipe. They are clamped around the pipe where the cut is to be made, and a deep cutting slot assists the blade in a straight, square cut.
Available separately are 5" and 6" cutting blocks.
EXTENDED BLADE LIFE
A deep cutting slot prevents blades hitting the block, extending the life of both the blade and cutting block.
SQUARE CUT EVERY TIME
A secure clamp, with a clearance groove for clamping over existing welds ensures a square cut every time.
Made in Australia, with case hardened stainless steel, these cutting blocks are made to last.
FITS INTO CONFINED SPACES
A built-in locking knob eliminates the need for a clamp and helps fit into confined spaces.
