What's Inside
XDP605 is a highly refined and hydro-cracked mineral oil designed for soft to medium duty cutting and grinding operations for use on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It can be used for grinding, lapping and honing steel and yellow metals without staining. The contents of XDP605 allow it to be used in conditions of very low mist and smoke even if the viscosity is low. Its anti-wear and polar additives provides excellent lubrication and cooling.

Application
XDP605 can be used for cutting and grinding operations without dilution. It is suitable for ferrous and non-ferrous metals generally and specially cemented carbides including diamond and CBN wheels.
Usage and Handling
It's easy to get started with the Excision Ebox. The flap on the Excision Ebox can be cut open, and the circular plastic seal removed. Screw on the tap, and you're ready to go! Store it on the shelf and dispense the oil into a jug, or directly into your machine.
Storage
